Winter Fitness: Low Impact Cardio & Gentle Yoga
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7PM: Join Gale Bacon for a low impact cardio session. Wear your sneakers and bring your water bottle! Starts January 7. No session Jan 16, Jan 21, Feb 18. Last session March 27.
Tuesdays from 1-2PM: Join Terry Hawley for a gentle yoga session. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your water bottle. Some mats and accessories are available for those that do not have their own. Starts January 8. Last session March 26.
