Winter Fitness Series
Join us for our free winter fitness series at the library. No registration is required, but we recommend checking our website and Facebook on days when the weather is particularly bad to see if we’re still hosting the event. We don’t want people to be unsafe on the roads!
Low Impact Cardio with Gale Bacon and Kathleen Godfrey
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7PM, Starting January 6. No sessions the week of January 20. No session February 17. Last session March 25.
Yoga for Healthy Aging with Margee Ten Eyck
Tuesdays from 10:10 – 11AM. Starting January 7. Last session January 28. All ages welcome!
Yoga with Terry Hawley
Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:30PM. Starting January 9. No session January 16. Last session March 26.
Tuesdays from 10:10 – 11AM> Starting February 4. Last session March 24.
For yoga: Some mats and accessories are available for those that do not have their own.
