New Policy: Homebound Materials Mailing
At our most recent board meeting, the policy and form linked here were approved for our new Homebound Materials Mailing Service.
Homebound Service Policy
Homebound Service Form
Overall, this policy is a way to access library materials even if you are not able to get in to the library and do not have anyone available to pick items up on your behalf. After filling out a brief form, you may request 2 items per week to be mailed to you, and return postage will be provided to you so you can drop the items back in your mailbox when you’re done with the items. Of course, there’s more fine-print than that, but we’re thrilled to be able to offer this service starting July 1.
Please contact us if you have any questions or if you’d like to get set up as a homebound patron.
This service is made possible by a grant the library received from the Southwest COVID-19 Fund through the Greater Gallatin United Way and One Valley Community Foundation (formerly known as Bozeman Area Community Foundation), and the Belgrade Community Library Foundation’s CARES Act Grant.
