Fall Fitness Series
Starting Monday, September 30 the library will host low-impact cardio classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7PM.
Starting Tuesday, October 1, the library will host gentle yoga with Margee Ten Eyck on Tuesdays from 10-11AM.
Starting Thursday, October 3, the library will host yoga with Terry Hawley on Thursdays from 2:30-3:30PM.
No registration is necessary for these classes – just show up. In case of cancellation a notice will be posted at the library, on the library’s website, and on the Facebook page.
Bring a water bottle and wear sneakers to cardio.
Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle to yoga. Some mats and other accessories will be available for those that do not have their own.
The last week of classes will be November 18!
