Pick your favorite Wellness Program and join us beginning the week of January 6. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. the library will feature a self-paced cardio and toning program. Tuesdays we will host a Pilate’s program at 6 p.m. and, new this session, on Thursdays at noon the library will offer Gentle Yoga classes. Call the library to join any or all of these free classes.
