A Belgrade Community Library borrower’s card is available to any individual resident of Gallatin County who completes the borrower’s registration form, shows a picture ID, and provides proof of physical residency (e.g. postmarked mail with your home address, lease, utility bill, etc.). You can begin your application process online.
New patrons will receive a temporary library card after completing the online registration form. You may place holds and check out two items immediately. Once we have received your proof of address and identity, borrowing privileges become permanent and you will be able to check out as many items as you want. Your BCL library card can be used at our partner libraries in Bozeman, Manhattan, Three Forks, and West Yellowstone.
New patrons under the age of 12 must have a parent or guardian’s signature to apply for a library card.
By submitting the online application, you agree to comply with the policies of the Belgrade Community Library and to notify the library when any information you have changes or if your card is lost or stolen. You are responsible for any overdue, lost, or damaged materials checked out to your card.
